Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PM, UX designer, engineers, QA, and customers to define and validate new features.
- Develop user-facing experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Design and implement REST API endpoints and microservices with Python or Java.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Manage builds and deployments using Docker, GitLab, and Kubernetes.
- Identify and resolve bugs and technical debt across the stack.
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge through training and interviews.
- Contribute to AI-driven engineering tooling for improved quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with frontend and backend exposure.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Kotlin) and familiarity with SQL and RESTful API design.
- Experience with modern tooling such as TypeScript, Git, and testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Passion for building scalable solutions that impact customers.
