Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services and automations for managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Drive rigorous code reviews and maintain high testing standards across the team.
- Manage and enhance cloud configurations using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Advocate for clean architectural foundations and identify technical debt.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical sprint planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with resilient backend services at scale using Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools for code generation and testing.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and CI/CD platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Shell, Terraform, YAML, and Go (Golang).
- Solid experience in deploying and managing production workloads in AWS or Azure.
