Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Listen Labs’ AI interviewer product end-to-end.
- Develop systems that cluster free-form conversations into structured quantitative insights.
- Improve question generation through LLM fine-tuning and prompting.
- Build and improve the speech-to-speech pipeline supporting audio input and output.
- Own the user experience and collaborate with other engineers on shared systems.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in building products end-to-end with Next.js, TypeScript, and large language models.
- Highly technical and able to work independently without detailed direction.
- Collaborative builder who designs systems with other engineers in mind.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to discuss tradeoffs and seek assistance when appropriate.
- Willingness to handle both high-impact and unglamorous engineering tasks.
Benefits
