Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
- Configure Vault applications to meet customer needs, including workflows and document types.
- Assist with Quality processes such as SOPs, CAPAs, and Audits.
- Perform bulk import/export of content and data.
- Conduct ad hoc training for users and administrators.
- Analyze and deploy new product features.
- Maintain production and sandbox environments.
- Create regular and ad hoc customer reports.
Requirements
- Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software.
- Customer service or consulting experience.
- Ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions.
- Experience managing customer expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to switch tasks quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
