Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects at life sciences companies to design and deploy systems
- Configure and implement cloud solutions
- Lead requirements workshops covering design, prototyping, configuration, and solutions
- Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems
- Technical aptitude to understand and translate business requirements into solution designs
- Proven customer leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communication across varied audiences
- Determination to support successful client solution implementation
- Ability to travel for customer engagements and internal meetings, typically around 25% and up to 50%
