Base Salary
$79k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Develop airport-industry and ArcGIS expertise and communicate Esri technologies to technical and non-technical customers.
- Craft and propose GIS solutions that address customer challenges and align Esri technology with business strategies.
- Design and deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, best practices, and conference or trade-show sessions.
- Advise customers on the use, deployment, and administration of Esri technology.
- Help plan and execute account-team sales strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Esri technology, including creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications.
- At least 1 year of experience working in or supporting the airport industry.
- Understanding of ArcGIS in an IT context, including system architecture and cloud-computing environments.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, sales, and business-development processes.
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Preferred experience troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system-architecture issues.
- Preferred experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Preferred experience incorporating real-time information streams with GIS data and IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine-learning concepts.
- Preferred programming or scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
- A master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
