Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design neural network configurations and optimize model performance.
- Work with large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Integrate language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across teams.
- Manage and mentor team members, including supporting junior engineers' growth.
- Ensure model design aligns with project requirements and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, RAG, and LangChain.
- Strong knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Skill in integrating language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
