Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end technical deployment of Latent Labs models into customer environments.
- Design and build production-grade API integrations and model-serving infrastructure.
- Work on-site with pharma and biotech partners to scope technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback for actionable insights into product development.
- Create technical documentation and best-practice resources for customers.
- Stay updated on developments in ML infrastructure and cloud-native tooling.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Have experience designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure for large-scale model serving.
- Possess hands-on experience with AWS and other cloud platforms like GCP or Azure.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience with bio or protein design models and an understanding of biological modeling challenges.
- Possess experience delivering enterprise-grade software that meets security and compliance standards.
