Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems or applications.
- Use ServiceNow IT Service Management to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert and support team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
