Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise identity architecture strategy and align Microsoft Entra ID capabilities with business, security, and transformation objectives.
- Design and implement global authentication, access control, hybrid identity, federation, SSO, and identity provisioning solutions.
- Define authentication, Conditional Access, RBAC, privileged access, identity lifecycle, governance, and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, audit and compliance initiatives, and systemic platform improvements.
- Drive identity data governance, automation, platform modernization, documentation, standards, and long-term roadmaps.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor junior engineers while providing technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in enterprise-scale Microsoft Entra ID identity solutions and identity/security architecture.
- Experience designing hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID ecosystems, authentication frameworks, identity governance, and application integrations.
- Advanced Microsoft and identity/security certifications are strongly preferred, including examples such as Entra ID, Azure, and Zero Trust certifications.
