Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and maintain features and services across the NHI Governance domain.
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code while responding to feedback in code reviews.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decisions for your work.
- Investigate and fix bugs to improve the quality and reliability of services.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into working software.
- Contribute to observability, testing, and operational health for the features you build.
Requirements
- Solid programming skills in at least one modern language (C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar).
- Experience building and consuming APIs.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code.
- Foundational experience with cloud-native development and a public cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Understanding of testing practices and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work through ambiguity.
