Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customer business leaders, technical teams, account executives, and customer success managers.
- Design and configure credible solutions by mapping users, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions to Computer workflows.
- Support complex opportunities through technical deal strategy, demos, proofs of value, architecture and security coordination, and engagement scoping.
- Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer skills and workflows, including connectors, permissions, and adjacent tooling.
- Accelerate customer onboarding and adoption through technical consultation and bounded implementation work.
- Manage strategic engagements, including scope, milestones, success criteria, working cadence, and closure.
- Validate technical escalations and produce decision-ready requests for Product and Engineering.
- Convert recurring customer needs into reusable workflows, implementation patterns, demos, guidance, and product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward-deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
- Proven consultative discovery skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requests into business problems, technical approaches, and delivery plans.
- Hands-on fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering complex implementations and managing scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
- Strong solution judgment across education, configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering needs.
- Ability to connect solution design and technical decisions to time to value, usage, credit consumption, customer economics, and expansion potential.
- Executive-credible communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to senior decision-makers and practitioners.
- Ability to establish direction in ambiguous situations and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- Regular use of frontier models and AI tools with strong judgment about current system capabilities and limitations.
- Preferred experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.
- Preferred experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, technology, or other regulated or workflow-intensive industries.
- Preferred experience in forward-deployed engineering, Applied AI, deployment strategy, solutions architecture, or technical consulting at an AI or enterprise software company.
- Track record of turning customer implementations into reusable technical assets or product improvements is preferred.
