Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and architecture for CXE’s core services and applications.
- Drive design decisions for systems handling large volumes of diagnostic and support data.
- Lead multi-quarter initiatives from problem definition to ongoing operation.
- Ensure high availability, latency, and data quality in customer experience systems.
- Champion best practices in design, testing, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Product Management and other teams to clarify requirements.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and support a strong engineering culture.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide incident response.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of modern application and data architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java or Scala, with knowledge of Python as a plus.
- Experience with AI technologies and integrating AI agents into workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and observability tools.
- Demonstrated technical leadership on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas clearly.
