Staff Offensive Security Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision for offensive security at Greenlight.
- Design and execute complex adversary simulations targeting cloud infrastructure and mobile applications.
- Conduct deep-dive research into high-risk areas to identify vulnerabilities.
- Partner with DevOps to build automated security guardrails.
- Work with the Detection and Response team to improve monitoring capabilities.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to promote security-minded development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing.
- Deep understanding of AWS security architecture and related techniques.
- Experience with manual code review in languages like Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Ability to script in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical risks to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP/OSCE or GXPN are valued.
