Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-ready generative AI applications.
- Build advanced RAG pipelines for sub-second response times.
- Develop multimodal AI systems integrating text, vision, and audio.
- Architect scalable microservices for concurrent AI requests.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices.
- Optimize large language models through fine-tuning.
- Implement MLOps practices including automated testing and monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative AI solutions.
- Deploy AI models across cloud platforms using containerization.
- Mentor junior engineers through hands-on guidance.
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML/AI systems.
- 2+ years focused on generative AI and LLMs.
- Expert-level Python programming skills.
- Strong experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch and Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying AI applications at scale.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts.
- Experience improving large-scale product search and discovery.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
