Responsibilities
- Define the operating model, playbooks, technical roadmap, and culture for the founding Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to map complex learning and development workflows and identify opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Translate customer insights and bespoke implementations into scalable platform enhancements.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and architecture through production deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build rapid prototypes and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript on the frontend and Next.js and TypeScript on the backend.
- Strong architectural experience with distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Ability to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric product focus.
- Comfort making high-stakes decisions in ambiguous, undefined environments and taking ownership from zero to one.
- Preferred experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production.
- Preferred familiarity with GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
