Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration, customization, performance, security, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP platform across core business modules.
- Design and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, along with saved searches, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Lead integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, payment gateways, e-commerce and marketplace platforms, shipping and logistics systems, and analytics or data warehouse tools.
- Manage data imports, exports, migrations, cleansing, standardization, data governance, audits, and system updates.
- Provide primary functional and technical support for NetSuite, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation and training materials, and support users.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Technology to gather requirements and deliver scoped NetSuite solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar ERP-focused engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management business processes.
- Hands-on proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite data management tools.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, user training, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
- NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications are preferred.
