Base Salary
$67k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise modules.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide.
- Own platform architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, security, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, support complex issues, mentor team members, and promote platform standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
- Preferred experience with industry-specific ServiceNow solutions, advanced modules such as ITOM, SPM, IRM, or Security Operations, AI-enabled solutions or integrations, and additional ServiceNow certifications.
- Strongly preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one or more modules.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $67,000 to $136,800 for US geographic locations, with higher ranges specified for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows EY’s hybrid model, with most external client-serving employees expected to work in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement, project, or year.

- The position is located in San Antonio, Dallas, or Alpharetta, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
