Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and services.
- Tune and iterate on LLM integrations and AI-agent orchestration to improve production reliability and efficiency.
- Own backend infrastructure and AI pipeline work end to end.
- Continuously ship meaningful improvements to platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience coding and shipping production software.
- Strong backend engineering experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience optimizing LLMs and AI-agent flows in production environments.
- A strong side-project portfolio demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
- High agency, clear ownership, and genuine commitment to the craft.
- Experience at fast-growing, early-stage startups is preferred.
- Willingness and legal ability to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.
