Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations with emphasis on business impact and value.
Create and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable software systems using Esko products, services, and best practices.
Analyze customer use cases and processes, facilitate workshops, optimize business processes, and configure management systems and integrations.
Deliver technical demonstrations, manage customer expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and issues and communicate them to stakeholders.
Monitor solution outcomes and effectiveness on business operations and ensure adherence to SILC standards and best practices.
Provide guidance, feedback, training, mentoring, and coaching to solution architects and development teams.
Follow quality assurance, QMS, standard operating procedures, best practices, and UX guidelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Esko products, services, processes, and best practices.

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
10+ years of experience in areas including business process or asset management technology solution architecture, software and services for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers, software user training, or other technical services domains.
Background in computer science and general knowledge of software programming, development, and deployment practices.
Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
Expertise in Esko products and services, particularly WebCenter, MediaBeacon, and Automation Engine, as well as relevant industry standards and best practices.
Ability to prepare and deliver customer technical demonstrations, facilitate workshops, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, documentation, and customer relationship skills.
Packaging domain experience is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required; Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, and other languages are advantageous.
Willingness to travel 25-40% normally, with higher peaks during busy periods.
