Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Create test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Execute all levels of QA testing and analyze results.
- Report bugs and help troubleshoot test-environment issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Help coordinate releases when needed and substitute for other squad members when required.
Requirements
- At least five years of software testing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with a quality-control tool such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or Octane.
- Experience with SQL and database testing.
- Experience with API testing tools, preferably Postman.
- Experience with test automation using Postman or Playwright.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Knowledge of GitLab, MongoDB, Dynatrace, Kibana log analysis, and JavaScript for test automation.
- Good written and spoken English at C1 level or higher, plus strong communication, organization, responsibility, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving skills.
