Base Salary
$285k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems.
- Lead projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Set technical direction for the engineering team.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Act as a cultural beacon and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Significant technical leadership experience in larger organizations.
- Balance customer focus with long-term and short-term decision-making.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor and uplift engineering teams.
- Self-starter with startup and scale experience.
- Interest in security or prior experience in the field.
