Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, and business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team technical problems.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Experience managing and guiding teams through complex software delivery processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges affecting multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability in enterprise software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
