Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable, high-quality professional software code independently.
- Participate in code reviews and feature-level system design, with guidance available for system-level design.
- Own and deliver quality goals for features, including understanding system data flows under test.
- Design test cases and test data based on requirements and contribute to testing framework development where applicable.
- Work independently from product requirements, estimate and deliver tasks, and provide progress updates.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the team’s operational excellence.
- Own one or more features and communicate clear resolutions based on customer use cases.
- Collaborate with team members and potentially mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to produce maintainable, high-quality software independently and contribute effectively to code reviews and system design.
- Understanding of data flows, test cases, test data, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work independently, investigate root causes, estimate tasks, and communicate clearly.
