Base Salary
$134k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex agentic AI solution programs from requirements through production.
- Lead AI deployments with construction project teams and drive adoption through technical implementation, exception handling, and product positioning.
- Conduct business architecture reviews and design custom AI solutions aligned with customer operating models.
- Assess construction data readiness and design pipelines for project records, documents, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and financials.
- Connect disparate data sources into knowledge graphs and establish data-quality and governance practices.
- Build simple to moderately complex AI solutions using modern AI tooling and Procore product expertise.
- Lead strategic conversations with construction decision-makers and support organization-wide AI adoption.
- Travel to customer sites for workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews.
- Partner with forward-deployed engineers, account managers, customer success engineers, solutions engineers, Product, and Engineering to move use cases to adoption and improve the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, another engineering discipline, business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, AI solutions, solutions engineering, construction or project management, project engineering, or a similar capacity involving regular direct interaction with the construction industry.
- Hands-on ability to build simple to moderately complex AI solutions using LLMs, agents, prompting, search and retrieval, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience working with SQL, APIs, and data pipelines to structure and reconcile information across systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with senior construction decision-makers.
- Strong program and project management skills, including managing concurrent workstreams and driving cross-functional execution without formal authority.
- Adaptability, initiative, creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn technology and construction-domain concepts.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%.
- Direct construction industry experience, familiarity with the Procore platform, and prior forward-deployed, field-facing, or customer-embedded technical experience are desired but not required.
Benefits
- Remote position with travel expected to customer sites up to 50%.
- Base pay range is $134,400.00-$184,800.00 annually.
- May be eligible for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation.
