Base Salary
$132k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that accelerate technical integrations and customer time-to-value.
- Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within strategic customer accounts.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience working with APIs.
- Experience designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Proven success architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical teams and C-suite leaders.
- A builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and generative AI.
