Base Salary
$91k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Make data-driven recommendations that help customers optimize the value of Procore.
- Create value-based presentations addressing customer business problems and accelerating Procore platform adoption.
- Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate multiple internal and external technical resources.
- Act as a technical account manager by providing responsive customer service and clear communication.
- Support and mentor colleagues while collaborating across the organization to develop best practices.
- Develop expertise in Procore products, professional services, and construction-industry best practices.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of construction-industry expertise.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, professional services, or technical pre-sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn Procore products, services, business models, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including synthesizing useful insights from ambiguous data.
- Understanding of general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, and other construction verticals.
- Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Experience managing construction projects involving bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, schedules, quality control, and safety is preferred.
