Base Salary
$194k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers.
- Architect scalable and secure generative AI solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.
- Develop and execute proofs of concept, demonstrations, custom templates, and integrations.
- Advise C-suite executives, engineering leaders, and AI leaders on generative AI strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Educate prospects and partners on WRITER’s platform and APIs and support adoption of generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering.
- Experience ideally includes a high-growth B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration for augmenting AI workflows and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery, identify root causes, architect complex solutions, and own the technical success of client engagements.
