Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to product technical design, prototyping, software development, bug verification, and resolution.
Perform system analysis and programming activities and deliver software into production.
Provide technical and engineering support for applications throughout their lifecycle.
Lead testing, code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to support reliable, secure, and performant software.
Review code from less experienced team members and guide complex technical decisions and solutions.
Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Set and update expectations for task size, scope, and timelines.
Lead cross-functional meetings and discussions and create or review technical documentation.
Contribute to product architecture and influence software development standards.
Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

At least 9 years of software development experience.
At least 4 years of experience with C# or Golang.
At least 3 years of experience with APIs or web services.
Experience with design patterns and/or SOLID principles.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
Preferred: experience with GCP or other cloud technologies, APIs and middleware, and multi-tenant software platforms.

Remote work may be available for candidates residing within 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO.
