Base Salary

$200k - $322k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents, tool calling, RAG patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Build integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Own infrastructure, backend services, data pipelines, user-facing tools, and operational dashboards for enterprise automation.
  • Triage and resolve enterprise issues, improve mitigation and resolution times, and troubleshoot collaboration, productivity, AI, and infrastructure systems.
  • Trace root causes of complex multisystem failures, identify recurring issue patterns, and build automation or self-service solutions.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Mentor team members in troubleshooting methodology and systems thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in SRE, enterprise support, or DevOps.
  • Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments.
  • Production experience building agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
  • Deep software engineering experience building products and operating large-scale production systems.
  • Expertise in at least two backend languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
  • Full-stack experience building user-facing web applications, operational dashboards, backend APIs, and data pipelines with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js.
  • Strong systems-thinking, dependency-tracing, troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, postmortem, and pattern-recognition skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise hybrid stacks including Jira, Microsoft, Apple, Linux, Windows, compute, AI, and storage systems.
