Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship products quickly as one of the first engineering hires
- Design and build new ways of working with computers
- Develop projects involving LLMs
- Collaborate closely with external partners
- Contribute to product decisions, direction, and prioritization
- Help shape the engineering culture
- Build new products that ingest additional types of research inputs
- Create a low-latency voice-to-voice survey tool for autonomous research tasks
- Build a mobile app from scratch
- Create segmented knowledge graphs from unstructured-to-structured data transformations
- Build an AI-native CRM integrated with the knowledge graph
Requirements
- Based in NYC
- Product-minded full-stack engineering experience
- Eagerness to contribute to product decisions
- Strong communication skills and desire for a client-facing role
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience building and designing AI-powered products is a bonus
