Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server and Windows 11 environments and support Ubuntu and RHEL systems.
- Own and manage AWS infrastructure and services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, monitoring, security, and container platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps across the production software lifecycle.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Scalr.
- Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance and maintain Grafana and CloudWatch dashboards and alerts.
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy workloads using Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
- Build internal tools and dashboards with HTML, CSS, and React, supported by Python backend services and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with development, QA, release, and embedded engineering teams on automation and integration activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience supporting embedded software projects.
- Experience applying DevOps practices across version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, configuration management, software release processes, and the full SDLC.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancers, VPC, Route 53, EKS, and ECS.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Scalr.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, React, and Python-based backends.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and both relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Grafana or similar infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Education in BTech, MCA, or MSc.
- Strong collaboration, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.
