Responsibilities
- Analyze client and system requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Document software solutions using specifications, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and formal reports.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide customer-focused status updates, requirement clarifications, issue tracking, and timely responses.
- Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, documentation, and release-related information.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time implementation.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with CAD App and Customization Tools.
- Ability to understand requirements, study system flows and data usage, and develop software solutions.
- Experience with coding, software testing, defect resolution, validation automation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to create technical documentation and accurate project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, engineering staff, functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong customer communication, issue tracking, reporting, and business etiquette skills.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software quality standards, and complete relevant certifications.
