Responsibilities
- Define and facilitate delivery of technology solutions aligned with the group’s architecture strategy.
- Design, uplift, optimize, and manage simple, scalable, robust, and secure system architectures and platforms.
- Architect and deliver complex systems at scale across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design and build core and web APIs, web applications, data pipelines, and UI components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align technical goals with business objectives and identify issues early.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Implement automation frameworks and contribute to the company’s technical strategy and team culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with associates and stakeholders and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Next.js or React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, with Python listed as mandatory.
- Proven ability to build scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs.
- Proficiency with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases including AWS DocumentDB.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Cline, Roo Code, and AWS Bedrock.
- Deep understanding of security principles, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Observe, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
