Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software development lifecycle and make decisions for the team.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to solve complex technical problems and align software with business needs.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience with scalable and high-performance software development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Generative AI, agent development, and AI-agent workflow integration are good-to-have skills.
