Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications and adapt features to business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, including web application architecture and related design patterns.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues while maintaining system stability.
- Understanding of low-code platforms for extending packaged software capabilities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
