Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, modify, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, improve system performance, and support software and interface upgrades.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, project reports, and status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, release schedules, and quality assurance.
- Gather client clarifications, respond to customer requests, collect feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Complete ongoing training and certifications to maintain current programming and software development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software designs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineers, and functional teams.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and support quality, delivery, and customer experience objectives.
