Responsibilities
- Design and deliver GenAI platforms and solutions that improve developer productivity.
- Contribute to the technical vision for frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services, and platform components.
- Collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver strategically important projects.
- Apply DevSecOps principles and promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support adoption of developer platforms, automation capabilities, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Coach and advise team members while exercising autonomy to drive projects forward.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience building and shipping high-quality software.
- Strong proficiency in Python and substantial experience with either TypeScript and React frontend development or Go backend development.
- Proven experience building AI-enabled or Generative AI solutions, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native development, containers, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of distributed systems, resiliency patterns, scalability, and performance engineering.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and API design and integration patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry, open-source contributions, and MLOps or machine-learning model deployment experience are desirable.
