Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced development environment.
- Own features end to end from incubation through delivery.
- Collaborate with product leaders, architects, and technical stakeholders to create implementation plans.
- Drive product quality, performance, scalability, security, documentation, refactoring, and testing practices.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows, review AI-generated code, and manage multi-agent engineering tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and establish best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or M.E. with 8+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Core and Enterprise Java and related technologies.
- Expertise with container technologies such as Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise with at least one cloud service, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in RESTful web services.
- Understanding of React or similar technologies, scalable distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Expertise using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Cursor, along with AI-assisted development, context engineering, token optimization, and agent orchestration techniques.
- Knowledge of MySQL, cloud databases, Linux distributions, secure coding, OWASP, OAuth, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and GraphQL is desired.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, code review, architecture, and performance analysis skills.
