Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for strategic platform customers, ideating and building applications on the API.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and qualify AI applications for their industry.
Accelerate customer time to value by building prototypes and providing strategic guidance.
Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful application deployment.
Contribute to open-source resources for developers and enterprises.
Share knowledge and best practices to scale the Solutions Architect function.
Provide feedback to Product and Research teams based on customer insights.

6+ years of technical consulting experience bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
Effective communicator able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
Experience leading implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
Knowledge of network/cloud architecture and programming languages like Python or Javascript.
Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn quickly.
Humble attitude with a desire to support team success.
High throughput operator capable of managing multiple projects.
