Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for strategic platform customers
- Identify high-value generative AI applications and build comprehensive customer AI roadmaps
- Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value
- Design enterprise architectures using ChatGPT, the OpenAI API, and other services
- Manage customer leadership and stakeholder relationships through application deployment and scaling
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Share knowledge, codify best practices, and publish notebooks to internal and external repositories
- Synthesize customer feedback for Product and Research teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Experience leading complex implementations of generative AI or traditional ML solutions
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture
- Industry experience with Python or JavaScript
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences and manage multiple concurrent projects
