Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, reliable agentic AI platforms for security workflows.
- Build production AI systems involving agents, skills, memory patterns, guardrails, tool orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, semantic search, grounding, summarization, and prompt management.
- Engineer cloud-native AI services across AWS, Azure, and GCP using containers, serverless patterns, event-driven messaging, and distributed data stores.
- Develop secure APIs and integrations connecting AI capabilities with security platforms, tools, and business processes.
- Create evaluation, regression testing, monitoring, observability, and governance frameworks for AI quality, reliability, performance, and safe operation.
- Optimize platform latency, throughput, scalability, caching, context efficiency, and cost.
- Establish engineering standards for reliability, security, and responsible AI operation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture forums, and cross-team collaboration.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding and automation tools while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
- Lead complex technical initiatives and support occasional Level 2–3 operational incident escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years developing AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience architecting, developing, and deploying production-grade generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including agentic workflows and enterprise tool integrations.
- Strong software engineering, cloud-native application, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, messaging, and high-performance data access experience.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, knowledge grounding, context engineering, prompt optimization, and prompt lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, observability, MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance frameworks.
- Strong secure API design and enterprise integration experience.
- Technical leadership experience mentoring engineers, driving architecture, influencing technology strategy, and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Experience with cybersecurity data sources, SIEM platforms, threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, security analytics, and security automation.
- Deep understanding and production experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, including Jenkins, Harness, Spinnaker, and Argo CD.
- Strong development and automation skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Go (Golang), Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience developing cybersecurity, analytics, or operational intelligence solutions and enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience or familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Airflow, vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise RAG platforms.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, governance, resiliency, risk management, and model risk management.
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives while remaining deeply hands-on.
