Responsibilities
- Build and evolve seller after-sales care products, including claims, repairs or replacements, refunds, seller communications, and the Seller API.
- Automate resolution flows and improve seller actions and customer resolution experiences.
- Work autonomously on development tasks within the team’s applications or services.
- Design, deliver, monitor, and support high-quality software in a build-and-run environment.
- Apply system design, microservices, distributed systems, data architecture, API, performance, and scalability expertise.
- Collaborate with squad members, Staff engineers, peers, and international teams while sharing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Strong system design skills and experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Understanding of data architecture and APIs, with experience in performance optimization and scalability.
- Experience or knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, state management, routing, and API integration.
- Ability to consider performance, accessibility, and user experience in implementations.
- End-to-end product thinking, curiosity about the full stack, strong collaboration and communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Professional English communication skills for work with an international team.
