Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems or applications.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for application programming interfaces.
- Use automated testing tools and frameworks for API testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot API functionality, performance, and security issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in API Testing.
- Proficiency in API Testing.
- Experience with API test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of automated API testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot API functionality, performance, and security issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
