Responsibilities
- Develop production-quality responsive web applications and backend services.
- Contribute to web UIs using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
- Implement product enhancements, resolve software defects, and maintain code quality and reliability.
- Build unit tests and automation to strengthen software quality and release processes.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative software development.
- Apply AWS services including EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SQS to scalable cloud applications.
- Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement and enterprise-scale engineering work.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Know how to develop responsive single-page web applications using modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
- Be familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Have knowledge of cloud computing concepts and AWS technologies.
- Understand software development fundamentals including testing, debugging, version control, and code quality.
- Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within an agile software development team.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Vue.js, Knockout, or similar frontend frameworks; Java, Clojure, LESS, Mocha, Chai, or Webpack; AWS services; and GitHub, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
