Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand application, agent, data, and AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI, agent, application, integration, and data workloads.
- Drive next-best actions and incremental pipeline through customer engagements and Microsoft acceleration programs.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for AI Apps, agent, and application innovation projects.
- Share customer adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, and platform feedback with engineering teams.
- Support customer and partner skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and guidance on AI Apps, agents, GitHub, modernization, resiliency, and production readiness.
- Maintain technical expertise across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Platform, app platforms, containers, serverless, integration services, DevOps, and data workloads.
- Contribute reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal and external technical communities, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI agent development, cloud, developer, application platform, or agent technologies.
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in AI, cloud, developer, or agent technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, agents, or security certifications.
- Business fluency in Japanese is required.
- Preferred experience includes cloud infrastructure or networking, databases, security, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
