Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand application, agent, data, and AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones.
- Accelerate adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, application platforms, integration services, and supporting data services.
- Drive next-best actions and generate incremental pipeline from customer engagements.
- Oversee delivery and escalations for Factory engagements involving AI applications, agents, and application innovation.
- Share customer feedback, adoption issues, product gaps, capacity constraints, deployment blockers, and platform-readiness concerns with engineering teams.
- Deliver technical workshops, readiness activities, and guidance for customers and partners.
- Maintain technical expertise, contribute to technical communities, share knowledge, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI agent development, cloud, developer technologies, application platforms, or agents.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing work and at least 5 years working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in AI, cloud, developer, or agent technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, agents, or security certifications.
- Business-level fluency in Japanese is required for customer discussions, technical explanations, proposals, coordination, and consensus building.
- Preferred experience includes cloud infrastructure or networking, databases, security, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and consulting.
