Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product design system and UX patterns.
- Build frontend interfaces connecting users to AI agents and diverse data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders.
- Continuously refine product features based on user feedback and operational pain points.
Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience with AI, ML, or LLM products and trustworthy presentation of automated outputs.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site work in the Berlin, Germany office is required.
