Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend features and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Build efficient, secure, and scalable architectures for fast-growing products.
- Ensure high performance and reliability across distributed systems.
- Contribute to systems supporting authentication, billing, AI tooling, observability, connectors, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, frontend engineers, designers, and data/AI engineers.
- Solve complex engineering challenges involving distributed systems and AI product integration.
- Evaluate and bring relevant technologies into production.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang.
- Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, databases, caching, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Experience with infrastructure management using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset and ability to ship end-to-end features with minimal oversight.
