Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing through automation and streamlined integration and deployment processes.
- Design DevOps architectures and frameworks, select tools and platforms, and create deployment models for validation, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Define and manage IT infrastructure and DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between applications, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Support customers and internal teams, troubleshoot DevOps tool issues, handle escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop alternate solutions.
- Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle to reduce cyber risk and protect data privacy.
- Forecast staffing needs, hire and train team members, manage performance, build talent capabilities, and drive employee engagement.
Requirements
- Mandatory Kubernetes skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience leading DevOps architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Ability to manage direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, feedback, and career development.
