Responsibilities
- Own the software-factory roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Embed security into every pipeline stage for secure delivery.
- Operate the release train and manage the release gate.
- Automate dependency updates and track supply chain health.
- Build self-service capabilities for product teams.
- Engineer infrastructure as code with production rigor.
- Run vulnerability scanning and maintain compliance.
- Mentor engineers and align teams with the roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of production engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline platforms at scale.
- Experience embedding security into pipelines.
- Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code with production modules.
- Demonstrated ownership of release and dependency management.
- Fluency in scripting and automation.
