Base Salary
$198k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production.
- Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders.
- Build and evolve systems across React, Node.js, and Python that scale with customer growth.
- Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate development and iteration cycles.
- Raise the bar for engineering quality in code, architecture, and user experience.
- Lead by example through hands-on development and technical mentorship.
- Move fast on ambiguous problems, turning ideas into customer-facing value.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating at a Staff-level scope with significant business impact.
- Strong full-stack expertise in React and backend systems like Node.js and/or Python.
- A deep sense of ownership and initiative in creating product direction.
- Exceptional product taste with a focus on user experience and details.
- An AI-native mindset, actively using and experimenting with AI tools.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-velocity environment.
- Strong judgment in technical trade-offs and system design.
